Theresa M. Schwartz, 102, of Slatington, died Jan. 22, 2024, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of the late John F. Schwartz.

Born in North Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Mathias and Juliana (Pfeiffer) Graf.

She was a sewing machine operator for various Lehigh Valley garment manufacturers. She worked on the family farm.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

She was a lifelong member of Neffs and Laurys fire companies.

She is survived by three sons, John of Whitehall, James and wife Ellen of Walnutport and Ronald with whom she resided; a sister, Elsie and husband Reynold of Allentown; six grandchildren, John, Kevin, Mark, James, Shelly and Scott; and 10 grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Adolf, Frank and Herman; two sisters, Julie and Hermenia; and a daughter-in-law, Jean.
