Christ United Church of Christ, Little Moore, 913 S. Mink Road, Danielsville, is holding a Souper Bowl Sunday event, set for 10 a.m. Feb. 11.

Bring your favorite homemade soup. Immediately following the 8:45 a.m. worship service, the soups will be tasted and voted on by attendees.

Christ UCC is also planning a walk-in wine and dine bingo Feb. 18. Doors open 11:30 a.m., and bingo is set to begin 1 p.m.

Moore Township Recreation Committee’s next meeting is planned for 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at the recreation center, 635 English Road.

The recreation committee is providing an opportunity to purchase a brick for the veterans memorial located at the recreation center.

Bingo is held 7 p.m. Tuesdays at Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive. The night includes prizes, progressive jackpot, rob the piggy bank and wash line bingo.
