In the win over Central, Parkland jumped out to a 17-8 lead after the opening quarter and then went up by double digits at halftime, taking a 29-19 advantage into the locker room. The game was decided in the third quarter as the Trojans outscored the Vikings 18-9 to go on top 47-28 heading into the final quarter.
Nick Coval finished with a game-high 20 points and made three 3-pointers. Zaire Smaltz recorded 14 points and Jayden Thomas joined the trio finishing in double figures in scoring with 10 points.
