The 14th annual “Souper Bowl Sunday” begins at 12:45 p.m. Feb. 4, SteelStacks, Bethlehem.

Chef Lee Chizmar of Bolete and Mr. Lee’s Noodles hosts the “Best Thing You Ever Made Soup Demo” at the start of the event.

Chizmar, a James Beard Foundation nominee for Best Chef and Outstanding Restaurant, will demonstrate how he creates Cauliflower soup, featured on an episode of Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate.”

The soup demonstration will last approximately 45 minutes.
