Greater Lehigh Valley Writers’ Group will meet 10 a.m.–noon Jan. 27.
The meeting is offered in a hybrid format - in-person at the Palmer Branch of the Easton Library, 1 Weller Place, Palmer, and via Zoom.
From 11 a.m.- noon, Christopher Ochs will present “Elmore Leonard’s 10 Rules of Writing.”
Learn not only Leonard’s 10 rules, but discuss just what are “the devil in the details,” the exceptions to this rule, how well Leonard followed his own writing advice, and his 11th rule.
There is no fee for the morning program.
Registration is recommended but not required.
From 1-3 p.m., Ochs will lead a workshop that will take a closer look at some examples of how the information from the morning program was applied in Leonard’s work.
The workshop is free for members. There is a fee for non-members.
All attendees must be 18 years or older.
