Girl Scout Cookies were delivered Jan. 13 to the upper parking lot at Dorney Park, South Whitehall, in trailers full of the delicious treats available for pickup by Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
The trailers contained more than 6,800 cases of cookies.
There was a cold wind blowing across the parking lot as the drivers of SUVs, pickup trucks, vans and sedans approached closer to the supply of cherished treats for eager Girl Scouts to sell to friends, families and at venues throughout the Lehigh Valley.
