A North Whitehall Township man pleaded not guilty Jan. 18 to two charges of criminal homicide and one charge of theft related to the Sept. 14, 2023, killing of a North Catasauqua woman and her teenage daughter.
John Derwin Bradley, 18, was charged Sept. 19, 2023, with the stabbing deaths of Rosalyn Siobal Glass, 39, and her 16-year-old daughter, Rianna Lynn Glass, Bradley’s ex-girlfriend.
They were both found dead in their home at 1106 Railroad St.
Bradley is also charged with the theft of Rosalyn Glass’ Nissan Murano, in which he allegedly fled the scene the morning of the killings before crashing it in the area of Spring Valley Road, Upper Saucon Township.
Bradley, who appeared for his formal arraignment/pretrial conference before Judge John Morganelli, was represented by Northampton County Public Defender Molly Heidorn.
The Press reached out to Heidorn on Jan. 19 for further comment.
She did not respond by press time.
