Whitehall Active Community Center, 2301 Pine St., West Catasauqua, will be holding its next bingo 1 p.m. Jan. 28. Doors open noon.

Bingo will continue with tricky tray, a 50/25/25 raffle, piggy number, lightning game and more. There will be refreshments available for purchase.

Please bring a nonperishable food item for Whitehall Food Pantry.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., is planning to hold a movie night and Super Bowl tailgate party Feb. 3 in Fox Hall.

Bring a covered dish for the meal, which begins 6 p.m. The movie “80 for Brady” will be shown, starting 7 p.m. The church suggests you bring a comfortable lawn chair for watching the movie.

Donations of cans of soup are also requested for the Souper Bowl of Caring fundraiser for Whitehall Food Pantry. Look for the sign-up sheet posted in the lounge area if you plan on coming.

St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., is having a steak sandwich sale, with pickup set for 4-5:30 p.m. Feb. 17.

You can order with or without cheese; sauce, onion and hot peppers are all on the side. Your steak sandwich comes with chips and a pickle.
