The Salisbury swim teams competed against unbeaten Tamaqua Saturday. The host Blue Raiders swept the meet, with the girls team winning 99-70 and the boys team cruising to a 120-32 victory.

The Salisbury girls team picked up four wins at the meet.

Olivia Amorim (100 butterfly) and Phoebe Ballek (100 freestyle) won one individual event each and were part of two winning relays. Joining the two sophomores in the winning 200 medley relay were freshman Sarah Beckage and sophomore Gwyn DeFazio. The Falcons’ 400-yard freestyle relay team included Beckage, Ballek, Amorin and junior Sally Wiggins as Salisbury won the meet’s first and last events and took two of three relays.

In the boys meet, Cameron Kubinsky’s win in the 200 individual medley was the Falcons’ only victory.
