Yoga course starts Feb. 6
Tammy Kita will lead the six-week yoga program titled “Yoga for Every BODY” Feb. 6 to March 12.
Sessions will be held 6-7:30 p.m. in the barn at Kalmbach Memorial Park, 200 Cotton St., Macungie.
According to a news release, “Yoga for Every BODY, offers a chance to begin to explore (or continue to explore) yoga as a lifelong practice available to ALL, no matter your age, weight, degree of flexibility or current strength. Start where you are and step forward from there. Find and gain confidence in your body, joy in your movement, and an increased sense of calm and clarity in your mind.”
Participants must bring their own yoga mat and water bottle to each class.
