Pixie is an adorable senior cat who was relinquished to the Sanctuary at Haafsville because a family member was allergic. She is adjusting to shelter life but she really needs a loving home for her golden years. Pixie seeks attention and “chirps” when she wants petting. Pixie is very lively and interactive - it's hard to believe she's a senior cat. She can get feisty with the other cats at the shelter. For a successful adoption she is recommended for a home where she is the only cat. Pixie would enjoy being the queen of your castle. If you have a senior family member who needs loving companionship, Pixie would be a great candidate. Pixie is 13 years old with no known health issues. She is spayed, vaccinated, negative for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus, litter trained and microchipped.
Ulyssa S Grant is a gentle soul who was abandoned in a box at the dog building at the Sanctuary at Haafsville. There was a $50 bill taped to the top of the box (thus her new name). Thankfully there was a volunteer on site who found her. Ulyssa is not sure what she did to deserve that but she was sad and confused. The shelter volunteers have come to know her as a sweet, kind and loving girl. The shelter volunteers are reassuring her that she is a beautiful girl who is worthy of love and a wonderful home. Please consider welcoming this older girl into your home so she can enjoy trust, security and love for the rest of her life. Ulyssa should never have to worry about being dumped like trash again. Ulyssa S Grant is 9 years old, healthy, spayed, vaccinated, negative for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus, litter trained and microchipped.
