Frances T. Billera, 85, of Allentown, died peacefully Jan. 7, 2024, surrounded by her six children in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the widow of Carl J. Billera Sr.

Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Nicolena (Mancuso) Collura.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Allentown.

Her survivors include daughters Judy, wife of Ernie Luengen, of Schnecksville, Lisa, wife of Todd Hoffman, Michelle, wife of Dave Gyory, and Gina Feichtl, all of Allentown; sons Michael and wife, Cindy, and Carl Jr. and wife, Anissa, all of Allentown; siblings Mary Sheats of Arnold, Md., Theresa Sapienza of Silver Spring, Md., and Michael Collura; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will take place 11 a.m. Jan. 12 in Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m.
