Paulette Ann Beck, 77, of Emmaus, formerly of Macungie, died Jan. 7, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving wife of Donald A. Beck for 52 1/2 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Edith (Deibert) Huber.

She graduated from Dieruff High School in 1964. She earned the American Heart Association Scholarship. She was an RN Diploma graduate of the former Easton Hospital School of Nursing in 1967. She was a proud and caring nurse at Allentown General Hospital and Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest Hospital for more than 40 years, retiring in 2007.

She was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd UCC, Alburtis.

She loved to read, garden and travel to her favorite summer resorts.

She is survived by her husband; children, Brian, Laura, Kevin; beloved dog, Bella.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the church.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Jan. 12 in Church of the Good Shepherd UCC, 135 Quarry Road, Alburtis, 18011. Viewing will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus, is handling arrangements.
