MLK Day Celebration Jan. 15

The NAACP Allentown branch will host its annual celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Jan. 15 at St. James AMEZ Church, 410 Union St., Allentown.

Attorney Keir Bradford-Grey, chief public defender in Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, will present the keynote address.

According to a news release, The theme of this year’s celebration is “Thriving Together” and will reflect on the NAACP commitment to nurturing a more inclusive and equitable society.
