Contributed Photo Lehigh Valley Health Network has announced the first baby born at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg and in the health network. Liz and Mike Falcone welcomed Jacob 10:20 a.m. Jan. 1. At 8 pounds, 8 ounces and 20.5 inches tall, Jacob is the family's third son, joining older brothers Joseph and Joshua.
