DEC. 25

Animal complaints were addressed in the 100 block of Front Street and the 100 block of Mulberry Street, the latter for a missing dog.

In the 400 block of Howertown Road, a parking complaint was investigated.

DEC. 26

A traffic violation occurred in the 700 block of Front Street.

In the 600 block of Front Street, a vehicle was ticketed for a parking violation.

Officers assisted Northampton police in the 1600 block of Railroad Street, Northampton.

DEC. 27

A traffic violation occurred at North Dauphin and North Irving streets, Hanover Township.

Animal complaints were addressed in the 900 block of Race Street for a loose dog and the 800 block of Race Street for a missing dog.

DEC. 28

A temporary protection-from-abuse order was granted in the 700 block of Third Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

Suspicious activity on Race Street was reported. The case involved a vigilance request.

A traffic violation took place in the 2300 block of Pine Street, Whitehall.

DEC. 29

Police assisted citizens at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St., and at Limestone and Willow streets.

Traffic violations occurred at Front and Pine streets; on Lehigh Street, with a warning issued; and at Bridge and Front streets.

A disturbance in the 700 block of Third Street was investigated.

Officers addressed a noise complaint in the 100 block of Front Street.

Charges are pending against an 18-year-old male, of North Catasauqua, for driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance at Pine and Front streets.

DEC. 30

Noise complaints were addressed in the 100 block of Front Street and the 400 block of Walnut Street.

Traffic violations took place at Third and Pine streets, with a warning issued, and at Front and Pine streets, with a warning issued.

An investigation is continuing for an assault case that occurred at Pine and St. John streets.

Police addressed an animal complaint in the 200 block of Pine Street.

Trespassing in the 900 block of Race Street was reported.

Officers assisted Whitehall police at the West Catasauqua Playground, 2301 Pine St., Whitehall.

A nonfatal overdose in the 700 block of Front Street had police at the scene.

DEC. 31

Harassment by annoyance, involving a problem with a pedestrian, in the 400 block of Howertown Road, was reported.

An animal complaint in the 400 block of Howertown Road was addressed.

Fireworks complaints at South 14th Street and Bethlehem Road and at Front and Pine streets were investigated.

A traffic violation took place at Pine Street and Howertown Road.
