Brinton re-elected president; Conn re-elected vice president

Debra J. Brinton was re-elected president and Rodney Conn was re-elected vice president of the Salisbury Township Board of Commissioners at the Jan. 2 reorganization meeting.

Commissioner Heather Lipkin was elected president pro tempore.

Brinton, Ward 3; Lipkin, Ward 1 and Alok Patnaik, Ward 5, re-elected in the Nov. 7, 2023, general election, were administered the oath of office by District Judge Kyle B. Miller.

Commissioners voted 5-0 unanimously to approve, by resolution and motion, township professional services and appointments to township boards.

Salisbury Township Planning Commission Chairman Charles Beck was lauded for his 44 years of service.

- Assistant Township Secretary: Salisbury Township Assistant Township Manager-Director, Community Development Sandy Nicolo
