Jerry C. Mahoney Sr., 81, of Hokendauqua, died Jan. 1, 2024. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Timothy and Helen (McGee) Mahoney. He was the husband of Carol (Reppert) for 57 years.

He was a steel coatings laborer in Bath for many years.

He was a president of the L.V. Girls Softball Association for 50 years. He camped and fished on weekends at Mountain Springs Campground.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Jeremiah Jr. and Jason with wife Angie; three grandchildren, Kelly, Erin and Ryan with wife Jocelyn; a sister, Mary Ellen; and a brother, Timothy.
