Robert Mesics, 81, of Whitehall, died Dec. 22, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Nancy (Bakos) Mesics for 57 years.

Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Frank and Ethel (Vegh) Mesics.

He was a 1960 Northampton High School graduate.

He was a serviceman stationed in Germany in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1963.

He worked in logistics at Air Products for 39 years until he retired, going to night school while working to get his bachelor’s degree.

He was a lifelong parishioner of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, Fullerton.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Rochelle with husband Tim and their son Alex; a son, Ryan with wife Adrienne and their daughter Samantha; a sister, Barbara; and a brother, Frank.

Services were private.
