Tree Toss for Turning Point

The annual tree toss at More Miles Automotive was festive and full of friendly competition.

The Bethlehem Fire Department came in a fire engine. Santa Claus was on hand to cheer the adults and kids alike. Mike DeCrosta of More Miles served as the emcee and official measurement taker. There were categories for women, men and children. Two pine trees, one large and one small, were available to throw, along with a pine branch for the littlest competitors. Officer Christoper Ross threw the large tree over 28 feet for the win.

Lonnie Swazo took the ladies’ title. Beyond the competition for longest tree throw, funds were raised for Turning Point of the Lehigh Valley. Over $2,300 has been raised so far, and donations are still being accepted. To donate, call More Miles at 610-954- 0510 or email moremiles.service@gmail.com
