Lehigh Valley International Airport is celebrating the 27th annual Holiday Festival of Trees through Jan. 1, 2024.
Sixteen local schools were invited to decorate a holiday tree representing their district to be displayed on the airport’s second level before the Transportation Security Administration section.
PRESS PHOTOS BY CASSANDRA DAYOUB Northwestern Lehigh Middle School brought back its annual military members' tree for the 27th annual Lehigh Valley International Airport Festival of Trees. The tree welcomed all traveling military members to take a letter written by one of the students and a candy cane.
Middle school students wrote this thank you note to members of the military traveling through LVIA.
Northwestern Lehigh Middle School's tree at the airport is fully decorated with letters written by students and candy canes.
