A 23-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Oct. 11 for alleged strangulation, simple assault, harassment, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief after an incident in the unit block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police.
Simple assault
A 58-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 23 in the 500 block of Ridge Street for alleged simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief, according to Emmaus police.
A 25-year-old male, of Emmaus was charged Oct. 12 with alleged simple assault and harassment in connection with an incident Sept. 13 in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police.
DUI
A 24-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 11 in the 300 block of State Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence and obedience to traffic control devices, according to Emmaus police.
A 36-year-old female, of Emmaus, was charged Oct. 20 will allegedly driving under the influence, careless driving and driving on roadways lined for traffic in connection with an incident in the unit block of Main Street Sept. 23, according to Emmaus police.
A 39-year-old female, of Easton, was arrested Nov. 5 in the intersection of North Sixth Street and Ridge Street for allegedly driving under the influence and a related charge, according to Emmaus police.
Firearms not to be carried without a license
A 20-year-old male, of Northampton, was arrested Oct. 20 for alleged violation of firearms not to be carried without a license, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, careless driving, possession of a small amount of marijuana and other charges in an incident beginning in the 100 block of North Second Street, according to Emmaus police.
Open lewdness
A 21-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged Oct. 11 with alleged open lewdness, according to Emmaus police.

A 35-year-old female, of Alburtis, was charged Oct. 20 with alleged theft by unlawful taking in an incident Oct. 16, according to Emmaus police.
A 32-year old male, of Allentown, was charged Oct. 27 with alleged theft by unlawful taking or disposition following an incident at a business in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Theft from motor vehicle
A 34-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 28 for alleged theft from a motor vehicle over $200, theft by unlawful taking or disposition over $200 and receiving stolen property following an incident in the 900 block of Buttonwood Street Aug. 11, according to Emmaus police.
A vehicle window was broken and miscellaneous items were removed from the vehicle in the 400 block of Oak Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 30.
