If you have any gently read books, CDs or DVDs you would like to donate to the library, you do not have to wait until the fall or spring book sales to donate to them. We accept donations all year.
See our donations policy on our website, coplaypubliclibrary.org. For your safety, drop donations off at the circulation desk during open hours.
If you want to know if you have a book that has monetary value before donating it, try starting with bookfinder.com.

We always have fiction and nonfiction books, CDs, DVDs and seasonal items for sale in between our fall and spring sales. Prices are the same as the big sales.
Look for the sale shelves at the front of the circulation desk and on a special book sale cart at the front of the circulation desk - straight ahead as you come in the door to the left of the checkout area. Just ask if you have trouble locating them.

Need to use a computer to search for information or print something? We have six public access computers for you to use. You just need to show your library card at the front desk when you come into the library.
If you do not have a library card, it only takes a few minutes to get one. All you need is a form of ID, like a driver’s license. Library cards are free and may be used at 12 libraries in Lehigh and Carbon counties.
For more information, call the library or check our website.

If you can’t make it into the library, use the Libby app for thousands of free reading materials.
You’ll need your library card number and your PIN. If you’re not sure of your PIN, give us a call.

Unpleasant road conditions in this state can occur any time now. Our local and state road crews try to keep up with maintaining the roads for safe driving, but all of us have had experiences of driving or walking in nasty weather.
The library does not follow the school schedule for closings. We list early and whole-day closings on WFMZ television, at wfmz.com/stormcenter and on our Facebook page. Check those sources before you make a trip here.
No fines are charged for days we close early or are closed for the entire day or days.

The library hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
