Traffic violations occurred on Second Street, with a verbal warning, and on Pine Street, with citations issued.

A concealed weapon was found in a locker at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, the department said.

A vehicle was ticketed for a violation on Howertown Road.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1000 block of Howertown Road.

A suspicious person in the 700 block of Front Street was reported.

Traffic violations took place on Second Street, with a verbal warning issued, and in the 1000 block of Front Street.

Officers conducted a welfare check, regarding a mental health issue, in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

DEC. 6

A civil issue was addressed in the unit block of Stonewood Place.

A hit and run, involving a fixed object, in the 500 block of Front Street had police at the scene.

Traffic violations occurred on Lehigh Street, with a warning issued, and at Second and Bridge streets.

On Race Street, police assisted a citizen.

DEC. 7

Traffic violations took place on Pine Street, with the driver cited; at Front and Pine streets, with a warning issued; and on Lehigh Street, with a warning issued.

Trespassing in the 200 block of Front Street was investigated.

Police assisted Whitehall officers in the 200 block of Peach Street.

DEC. 8

A protection-from-abuse complaint, involving a possible child endangerment and civil matter, was addressed in the 300 block of School Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Howertown Road and North Catasauqua police in the 1400 block of Main Street.

Traffic violations took place at Front and Union streets; in the 200 block of Lehigh Street; at Front and Main streets, with the driver warned; and in the 700 block of Front Street.

Volume on a television was turned down at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., when officers responded to a noise complaint.

At Lehigh and Main streets, a reportable motor vehicle accident had police at the scene.

DEC. 9

A noise complaint in the 200 block of Second Street was addressed.

In the 300 block of Mulberry Street, a parking complaint was investigated.

Officers responded to disturbances in the 700 block of Railroad Street, involving a child custody issue, and in the 700 block of Third Street.

An alarm sounded in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

Traffic violations occurred at Second and Race streets, in the 500 block of Third Street, the 200 block of Lehigh Street and at Front and Union streets.

Officers assisted Phillipsburg police twice at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

At Pine Street and Howertown Road, a traffic violation occurred.
