Anna Mary Deiter, 92, formerly of Coplay, died Dec. 15, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Carl L. Deiter for 62 years.

Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Ludwig and Rose (Grohotolski) Stipkovits.

She worked in the garment industry before she retired.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the Rosary Society.

She was a member of Coplay Senior Citizens.

She is survived by a brother, Frank Stipkovits of Milltown, N.J.; a sister, Margaret Banko of Catasauqua; two daughters, Patricia A. Butz of Whitehall and Christine Fernandez of Plant City, Fla.; a son, Thomas and wife Susan of Catasauqua; two grandchildren, Lauren Koenck and her husband C.J. and Brian Butz; and two great-grandchildren, Hank and Bobby Koenck.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles and Ludwig; and three sisters, Mary, Rose and Theresa.
