Press photo courtesy Hotel Bethlehem Local artist Mary Jane Lahr painted a delicate watercolor portrait of Historic Hotel Bethlehem kissed with a dusting of snow and festooned with classic red and green garlands for this year's limited edition peppermint bark tin and holiday ornament. This is the ninth year the hotel has released limited edition commemorative peppermint bark tins each filled with eight peppermint bark bars from A.L. Bazzini Company, a Lehigh Valley-based confectioner. Tins are available exclusively in person at The Shoppe. The annual Historic Hotel Bethlehem ornament release is just as popular as the candy box. Every year since 2011, Austrian painter Peter Priess has hand painted hundreds of custom ornaments just for the local landmark. Visitors can pick up their ornament at The Shoppe. For those who want to enjoy Lahr's art in a larger format, they can purchase the holiday print as matted and framed wall art in 8X10 or 11X14 sizes.
