Whitehall Township Public Library will host a movie night 6 p.m. Dec. 27.

The film will be “The Grinch” (2018). Light snacks will be provided.

The library has a number of clubs that meet monthly.

The book club for adults meets 1 p.m. the first Thursday of every month. Come discuss what you’re currently reading.

The coloring club for adults meets 11 a.m. the first and third Thursdays.

The Good Yarn group meets for knitting, crocheting and other needle crafts 2 p.m. the first Thursday and 6 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month.

Teens interested in volunteering can join the Teen Advisory Board. Meetings are 1:30 p.m. one Saturday a month. Check our calendar for dates.

December’s museum pass spotlight is America on Wheels, 5 N. Front St., Allentown. The holiday train exhibit goes through Dec. 30.

Train engineers run model trains Thursdays through Sundays. Enjoy the sounds, lights and action of model trains stationed throughout the museum’s galleries.

Museum passes are free to check out with your LCLC library card. This pass allows for two adults and three kids. Passes must be checked out and returned to the library circulation desk. Late fees apply.

The winter reading program for adults begins Jan. 2, 2024.

Participants may register and pick up a winter reading bookmark. Complete the bookmark by March 16, 2024, and receive a small prize.

The On the Same Page book club is back next month. Members meet 6:30 p.m. Jan. 18, 2024, to discuss Vera Wong’s “Unsolicited Advice for Murderers.” Books will be loaned as availability allows.
