·Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank is seeking volunteers to pick up donated items from Big Lots on Lehigh Street once every one to two weeks. Pick up and deliver to the food bank 8 a.m. to noon. Wednesdays.

·Family Promise of Lehigh Valley needs drivers to transport families from congregations to a day center at 6 a.m. each day and then back to their congregations at 6 p.m. The vehicle is a 14-passenger van, and no special license is required. Congregations are all within 30 minutes of the Day Center, 1346 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. Pick a day and shift. Clearances required.

·Salvation Army Children’s Services needs marketing and media enthusiasts to help produce one or more short videos. Videos would highlight the stories of foster and adoptive families to show how one doesn’t need to be a special kind of person to foster, just willing and open to making a difference. Locations for filming can be flexible.
