Toy drive continues through Dec. 10

Help make the holiday season magical for area children.

Donate a new, unwrapped toy, appropriate for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.

The toy drive will benefit students at Roosevelt Elementary School in Allentown.

The toys will be gifted at a holiday parade/party for the students and also set up in the school’s gymnasium for parents to shop with dignity for their children at no cost.

The party and shop are not hosted or run by Rotary; however, the club is helping to gather toys for the occasion.

Donations will be collected through Dec. 10 at Rising River Brewing Co., 1955 Willow Lane, Macungie.

Residents of Country Meadows Retirement Community will also collect toy donations for the effort.

Emmaus Rotarians meet the third Wednesday of each month at Rising River Brewing Co., Macungie. The club also meets Thursdays at Superior Restaurant, 102 Main St., Emmaus.
