State Rep. Jeanne McNeill, D-133rd, joins Barbara Meckes, co-president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of Decorative Painters; Malcolm Heffley, member of Friends of Tomcat; Rosalie Williams, co-president of the Decorative Painters; and Liz Fox and Nicholas Mattesi, of Friends of Tomcat, in receiving and donating a selection of Christmas ornaments. The painters decorated the ornaments and reached out to McNeill, who made the connection with the Friends of Tomcat, affiliated with Egypt Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7293.
