Northampton Area Public Library will continue its book sale Dec. 7 and 9 during regular open hours.

The library is open 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays.

We price to sell, so the earlier you come, the better selection you’ll find!

Preschool storytime is set for 10 a.m. Dec. 7 for ages 3-5.

The library is holding its turkey pluck initiative through Dec. 9. Each feather lists a particular nonperishable item needed at Northampton Area Food Bank. Consider giving to the food bank through your donations, both during the holidays and at all times of the year.

The food bank is unable to accept expired items.

The sandwich bag holiday wreath adult craft pickup is set for Dec. 11.

Registration is required.

If you ordered holiday fudge, pickup will be 11 a.m. Dec. 11.

The teen and tween game club will next meet 5-6 p.m. Dec. 13.

The anime club for teens and tweens meets 6-7 p.m. Dec. 13.

Sign up for a time slot for kids ages 5-10 to read to Sunshine the therapy dog 6-7 p.m. Dec. 14.

Registration is required.

There will be a holiday storytime and concert 1 p.m. Dec. 14.

The library board of trustees will next meet 6:30 p.m. Dec. 14.

Kids’ craft bags will be available Dec. 18. There is a limit of two per family.

The library will be closed Dec. 25 and 26 for the Christmas holiday and Jan. 1-2, 2024, for the New Year holiday.
