Mary Teresa Roesch, 91, formerly of New Tripoli, died Nov. 28, 2023, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late Alfred R. Roesch Jr.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late James Eugene Patrick and Mary Levina (Ehrich) Devers.

She worked in the directory assistance customer service center for the former Bell Telephone for several years before retiring.

She was a member of the Pioneers Club, Allentown, a former member of the Bethlehem Steel Club and Silver Creek Country Club.

She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.

She is survived by eight children, Mary E. Pavone of Fogelsville, Alfred R. III with Nancy of Lansdale, Diana M. Snyder with Glenn of Mechanicsburg, Norman J. of New Tripoli, Neil J. of Slidell, La., Dawn M. Walp of Carlisle, Ann M. Bacher of New Tripoli and Richard E. with Mary of Orefield; a sister, Catherine Magditch of Allentown; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

There will be a visitation 1-2 p.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 2 p.m., Dec. 7 at the church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield.
