Mary T. Roesch

Mary Teresa Roesch, 91, formerly of New Tripoli, died Nov. 28, 2023, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall.

She was the wife of the late Alfred R. Roesch Jr.

Born Jan. 27, 1932, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late James Eugene Patrick Devers and Mary Levina (Ehrich) Devers.

She worked in the Directory Assistance Customer Service Center for the former Bell Telephone for several years before retiring.

She was a member of the Pioneers Club, Allentown, a former member of the Bethlehem Steel Club and Silver Creek Country Club, and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.

Her survivors include children Mary E. Pavone of Fogelsville, Alfred R. Roesch III (Nancy) of Lansdale, Diana M. Snyder (Glenn) of Mechanicsburg, Norman J. Roesch of New Tripoli, Neil J. Roesch of Slidell, La., Dawn M. Walp of Carlisle, Ann M. Bacher of New Tripoli, and Richard E. Roesch (Mary) of Orefield; sister Catherine Magditch of Allentown; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2 p.m. Dec. 7, at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield.

Visitation period from 1-2 p.m. Thursday in the church.

Private interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
