Vincent J. Grabarits, 88, of Treichlers, died Nov. 20, 2023, at home. He was the husband of the late Rose D. (Dischinat) for 66 years.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Vincze and Anna (Sundheimer) Grabarits.
He was a Parkland High School graduate.
He worked at Western Electric for 34 years and at Two Guys Deli for 12 years.
He was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton, and attended St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Walnutport.
He was a life member of the Hungarian Hall and was a bartender, party coordinator and an alley manager for many years. He polka danced at Coplay Saengerbund. He was a member of several social clubs and softball leagues. He was a Musikfest volunteer.
He is survived by a son, Michael and wife Marianne; two daughters, Carol Ann Thompson and husband Keith and Janet Sforza and husband Michael; two granddaughters, Kristi and Sabrina; two stepgranddaughters, Chelsey Henson and Sarah Bachman; six stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret Dergosits; and two nieces, Margaret and Patricia.
He was predeceased by triplet grandchildren, Jonathan, Lindsey and Joshua.
