Berdell A. Haines, 85, of Northam-pton, died Nov. 16, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Holota) Marchak.

She was a 1956 Northampton High School graduate.

She was the bookkeeper for her son’s business, Artistic Hardscapes Inc., for many years.

She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Lu Ann Tressel and husband Terry; a son, Rick and wife Lynn Marie; two grandsons, Tyler and Alex; and a brother, James Marchak.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Frederick and Edward.
