Shirley “ Nana” A. Solosky, 82, of Northampton, died on November 17, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem.

Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Sterling and Emily D. (Johnson) Frey.

She was a home health aide for many years before retiring. She was a secretary for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. and SHR, where she made dashboards for Corsicas and Barettas, and for the Kresge Paper Company.

She is survived by two sons, Wayne A. and Shari of Northampton and Scott A. and wife Monica of Bethlehem; four grandchildren, Robin, Nicholas, Kaitlyn and Ashley; and four great-grandchildren, Shana, Aiden, Marlee and Aleeya.

Services are private.
