Charlotte M. Weiner, 88, of Emmaus, died Nov. 16, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Unit, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Mary Ellen (Samler) Cressman.

She loved her God and was a dedicated member of Life Church, Allentown.

She worked for PPL in the computer center for over 30 years, retiring in 1990.

She enjoyed flower design, making “Char’s Country Designs” a hit at weekly craft shows.

She had a great love for her family, especially being “The Nanny” to her grandchildren and assisting with their activities.

She was always ready for the beach or family fun. Her cat Pecaboo was her constant companion. She enjoyed the companionship of the members of The Lehigh Valley Amputee Support Group and PPL retirees.

She is survived by sons, Richard A. Foulke and his wife, Linda S., of Kempton, Randall Landis and his wife, Maribel, of Emmaus; grandchildren, Isaiah, Lauren, Natalie, Olivia; great-grandchildren, Milan, Levi, Thailyn, Brady, Layla, Lily; great-great-grandson, Aziah; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Raymond W. Foulke; a grandson, Randall; brothers Bobby, Richard, George, Lafayette.
