Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.

Police assisted a female in the 1300 block of Barrington Drive.

The department was requested to check the area in the 400 block of East Fourth Street.

A domestic dispute took place in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue.

OCT. 25

Traffic stops were conducted in the 300 block of East 10th Street and at East 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

A hit and run - a legally parked vehicle struck - took place in the 1200 block of Main Street. Officers located the offending vehicle.

Suspicious activity in the 500 block of East 12th Street was reported.

Thefts from vehicles occurred in the 300 block of Atlas Lane and the 500 block of East 11th Street. Multiple vehicles were entered, and items were taken, the department said.

A report of loud music in the 2000 block of Main Street was addressed.

Criminal mischief - tires slashed on two vehicles - in the 1300 block of Canal Street was investigated.

Officers responded to a civil matter in the 2400 block of Perch Alley.

At Buckingham Drive and McKeever Lane, a traffic stop was conducted.

Police assisted a male in the 1500 block of Poplar Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1400 and 2000 blocks of Laubach Avenue, at Laubach and Washington avenues, at East 21st Street and Siegfried Avenue and at West 17th and Franklin streets.

Officers assisted a female in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue.

Neighbor complaints were addressed in the 300 block of East 12th Street and the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Two suspicious females in the 1600 block of Lincoln Avenue were reported.

A loud music complaint was addressed at Washington Avenue and East 22nd Street.

Criminal mischief in the 300 block of East 12th Street was investigated. The driver-side window of a legally parked vehicle was damaged.

Officers assisted a male in the 1500 block of Poplar Street.

Fireworks were reported in the unit block of West 21st Street.

Domestic disputes took place in the 1500 block of Poplar Street and in the 600 block of Main Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 400 block of East 10th Street and the 600 and 900 blocks of Main Street.

Two suspicious males in the 1700 block of Main Street were reported to the department.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the unit block of West Ninth Street.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 100 block of Michael Court.

At Main and East 21st streets, a reportable accident involved one vehicle.

A disturbance occurred in the 1500 block of Poplar Street.

Police assisted a male in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue and on a male in the 1700 block of Main Street.

In the 1500 block of Poplar Street, a report of a civil issue was investigated.

Police responded to a civil issue in the 1500 block of Newport Avenue.

At West Ninth and Main streets and in the 400 block of East 10th Street, reports of disturbances were investigated.

Officers responded to a complaint of loud music in the 2200 block of Washington Avenue.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1700 block of Newport Avenue.
