Judy Seng, 85, of Allentown and formerly of Salisbury Township, died Nov. 10, 2023, in Phoebe Home. Born in Scranton, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Andrunik) Cicilioni.

She worked in the kitchen at KidsPeace, Fountain Hill, until retirement.

She was of the Christian faith.

She liked to read and was very fond of horses.

She is survived by daughters, Barbara (Tom) Heller, Diane (Jose) Rivera, both of Allentown; son, Michael, of Florida; grandchildren, Jessica, Rachel, Julian.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Nov. 18 in St. Mark’s Cemetery, 103 W. Lexington St., Allentown. Arrangements are entrusted to the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Allentown.
