Congratulations to the Catasauqua Middle School November Roughies of the Month!

They are Reagan Kemmerer, fifth grade; Carlianna Vogel, sixth grade; Caleb Gonzalez, seventh grade; Emily Gonzalez, eighth grade; and Shakala Roberts, related arts.

The students will be recognized at the January 2024 board meeting.

There is an early dismissal set for Nov. 16 for parent-teacher conferences. The CMS students will be dismissed 12:20 p.m.

The conferences will be held 12:30-5:30 p.m.

If you ordered from the CMS parent teacher forum Otis Spunkmeyer/Cherrydale fundraiser, order pickup is scheduled for 4-5 p.m. Nov. 16 in the main lobby.

Catasauqua Area School District will hold a winter-wear distribution 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 18 in the district office, 201 N. 14th St., Catasauqua.

District students and families may pick out coats, hats and gloves in all sizes.

The next CMS PTF meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 21.

CMS students will participate in the Turkey Day pep rally at Catasauqua High School Nov. 22. After the festivities, CMS students will be dismissed 11 a.m.

CASD will be closed Nov. 23-27 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
