During the event, held at 330 Second St., Post 215 Chaplain Richard Fink, Legionnaire-At-Large John O'Connell and Rennig remember members who died this past year.

Lehigh County District Chaplain Lawrence Gutleber provides the invocation. Gutleber is a member of American Legion Post 426, Coplay.

Rennig presents a scholarship award to 2022 Catasauqua High School graduate Kayla Cunningham.

Michael Bodnar, of Legion Post 367, Fullerton, introduces the 2023 Lehigh County officers and district leaders, including Commander Thomas Bohner, Vice Commander Rennig, Adjutant Al Mertz, Gutleber and Sergeant-At-Arms John Treiber.
