Robert I. Miller, 81, of Allentown, died Oct. 27, 2023, after a brief battle with lung cancer. He was the husband of Frances J. (Lucernoni) Miller for 59 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Leroy and Hilda (Sicker) Miller.

He worked for Mack Trucks in many areas for more than 30 years.

After he retired, he was a Mack Trucks, Macungie, plant tour guide.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Robert I. Jr. and wife Jennifer Squillace-Miller; two daughters, Michele A. and husband David P. Roth and Karen A. Cornell and husband Brian E.; two sisters, Janet Moyer and Sharon Kratzer and husband Richard; and four grandchildren, Nicholas and Rachael Miller and Christopher and Caitlyn Cornell.
