Eyer Middle School will present an evening of one-act comedies Nov. 10 and 11.
Performances begin 7 p.m. in the school auditorium, 5616 Buckeye Road, Macungie.
“Appropriate Audience Behavior,” by Ian McWethy, pokes fun at common audience member snafus and reminds audiences where the drama belongs - onstage!
“This Is Your Brain On Social Media,” by Ian McWethy and Carrie McCrossen, is inspired by interviews with teens about their online lives and takes on both social media madness and the grown-up hysteria over “kids these days.”
Both plays are presented by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc. and are directed by Jennifer Najarian and Molly Magro, with tech direction provided by Doug Hunsicker and Brendan Davis and costumes by Amy Slivka.
The approximate run-time is 90 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.
Seating is general admission.
Tickets will be available at the door. Tickets may also be purchased in advance through the school website.
