CMS is holding a school gear fundraiser. Orders are due Nov. 13 and are expected to arrive the week of Dec. 18.

Items include backpacks, long- and short-sleeved shirts, sweatshirts, joggers and sweatpants.

Catasauqua Area School District Board of Education will next meet 7 p.m. Nov. 14 at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park, Schnecksville.

There is early dismissal set for Nov. 15 and 16 for parent-teacher conferences. CMS students will be dismissed 12:20 p.m.

CASD is collecting new and gently used coats, hats and gloves for district students and families. All sizes are welcome.

Winter-wear donations can be dropped off 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in the district office, 201 N. 14th St.

The distribution will be 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 18.
