Tyler C. Terleski, 32, of Whitehall, died Oct. 26, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of Lori A. (Wertman) and stepfather Charles Hegedus of Allentown, and Gregory Terleski of Breinigsville.
He was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ, New Tripoli.
He was involved in several organizations, Easterseals, Autism Speaks, Meals on Wheels and the Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley.
He loved his family, dancing, playing ball in the garage, his weekly trip to Burger King, his CSG day program, and going for many, many car rides.
In addition to his mother and stepfather, and father, he is survived by a stepbrother Tony Hegedus (Anita); uncles Michael Wertman (Kelly), and Rob and Michael Terleski; aunts Sharon Lotwick and Lynn Terleski-Katz; niece Grace Hegedus; and many cousins.
He was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Carl and Gloria Wertman, and paternal grandparents, George and Shirley Terleski.
Visitation will take place 2-3:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at Ebenezer UCC, 7293 Decatur St., New Tripoli.
Funeral service will follow at 3:30 p.m. Interment in church cemetery.
