Barbara A. Sterner, 88, of Wescosville, died peacefully on Oct. 22, 2023.

She was predeceased by her husband Ralph R. Sterner.

She worked briefly for Bell Telephone and then devoted her life to her family.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

Born in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Bertha (Green) Stark and John Kerns.

Her survivors include daughters Carol R., and her husband, Nicholas Brown, Cindy L, and her husband, Gene Witman; son John W. and his wife, Debbie; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

There will be a private graveside service at the convenience of the family.
