Fall picture retake days are scheduled for Nov. 2 at Moore Elementary School; Nov. 3 at George Wolf Elementary School; and Nov. 9 at the Siegfried and Franklin buildings.

These days are for students who missed their original picture days.

PTA meetings are coming up. Lehigh Elementary School will hold its meeting 6:30-8 p.m. Nov. 7, and Northampton Borough Elementary’s meeting will be 4-5 p.m. Nov. 8 at the Siegfried building.

Secondary report cards will be available Nov. 10 on the Sapphire Community Portal.

Moore and Lehigh elementary schools will be having their book fairs Nov. 13-21.

In conjunction with students’ Veterans Day celebrations, Moore invites you to remember our veterans by participating in a Wreaths Across America drive.

Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, this organization’s mission is to remember, honor and reach by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as more than 1,400 additional locations in all 50 states, at sea and abroad.

The wreaths will be placed Dec. 16. Moore supports Cedar Hill Memorial Park, off Airport Road in Allentown.
