Aggravated assault
A 34-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 29 in the 1100 block of Jubilee Street for alleged aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment and criminal mischief of less than $500 property damage, according to Emmaus police.
Theft
A 51-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was arrested Oct. 5 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition for allegedly stealing items valued at $2,000 from a construction site in the 400 block of South 10th Street, according to Emmaus police.
A lost debit card was used to make a $45 unauthorized phone call, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 30.
Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer
A 16-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, careless driving and other summary traffic offenses, according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed Sept. 25.
Harassment
A 22-year-old female, of Emmaus, was arrested for alleged harassment following an incident Oct. 6 at Capo & Co. restaurant and bar, 1375 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police.
Protection from abuse violation
A 27-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged with violation of a protection from abuse order Sept. 27, according to Emmaus police.
Criminal mischief
A 41-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Sept. 25 for alleged criminal mischief for an incident in the 300 block of Minor Street in July, according to Emmaus police.
Someone vandalized two vehicles in the 1000 block of Macungie Avenue, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 9.
A windshield was cracked in the 200 block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 2.

Burglary
A front glass door was damaged and numerous items were removed from a business in the 1400 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 18.

Theft from vehicle
A laptop valued at $200 was removed from an unlocked vehicle parked at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 25.
A DVD player, DVDs and $20 cash were removed from an unlocked vehicle in the 900 block of Lawrence Drive, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 29.
A spare tire was removed from a vehicle in the 100 block of Linden Court, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 5.
Fraud
An Emmaus resident was swindled out of $1,000 in Apple gift cards to pay for a falsely advertised item for sale on social media, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 28.
Attempted theft
Someone rummaged through a vehicle in the 1000 block of Donald Drive. No items were found to be missing from the vehicle, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 29.

Found property
A wallet was found at Superior Restaurant, 102 E. Main St., Sept. 30, according to Emmaus police. The wallet was taken to Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A 17-year-old female, of Emmaus, was cited Oct. 5 for alleged use of tobacco in schools prohibited at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
