The Parkland cross country teams finished the regular season last week with successful performances.

The Trojan boys team went 4-0 at the meet to end the season at 15-1. Parkland beat Easton 17-42, Whitehall 15-50, Central Catholic 19-44 and Allen 15-50.

Ethan Willard took first place at the meet as the Parkland boys team had its top five runners finish in the top seven places. Paul Abeln finished third overall, followed by teammates Jake Barnes (4th), Colin McGuigan (6th) and Brycen Smith (7th).

The Parkland girls team went 3-1 at the meet to finish the season 14-2. The Trojan girls beat Whitehall 15-50, Central Catholic 23-38 and Allen 15-50, but fell to unbeaten regular season champ Emmaus 16-47.

Gracie Trexler led the Trojans with a fifth-place overall finish at the meet, followed by teammates Lucy Tobia (13th), Harshita Keerthi (14th), Marley Boyle (18th) and Abby Bender (20th).
