Chocolate Trail - Spooky Edition with costume contest, prizes. Costumes judged upon arrival at check-in. Passports have a QR code voting site to scan. Winners announced on Facebook on October 31. Complete trail and vote for a chance to win a $100 Downtown Bethlehem Gift Certificate. Must be 21 and over.
